    I moved in a few months ago. I moved from Beavercreek to be closer to my new job. I love it here. It has been a wonderful experience here. My leasing person Courtney was so nice and helpful during my move in. The manager is friendly and gave my child a coloring book to keep him busy while I applied. The lake and grass areas are beautiful. No trash all over. I have read some reviews but the snow removal was just fine. Parking lots are not going to be cleared the same as the highways. I have not needed maintenance yet so I will see how they are later. The fitness room is nice. I have not used the pool. My dogs love the dog park however, my neighbors could do a better job of picking up after their dogs. Overall rating-really happy here and would recommend it.

    I moved to Miamisburg and been out here for 7 years All 4 of my children have went to kinder Elementary they love their school and now I have one child goes to Miamisburg High School and one that goes to the Middle School and to there are still reminding at kinder Elementary I love the staff I love that they love to teach and to be there for the children

    Worst place ever asked about the drug dealing and drug use in parking lot was told to get out and not come back fyi they deal drugs out of their produce stand all spring and summer
