  DO NOT I repeat DO NOT move here! This place is seriously a joke! This is my first apartment and at first it was ok but then the problems started soon after I moved in. I asked for them to replace my furnace 1.) because it's old as dirt. (maintenance even said the thing is probably from the 70s. 2.) Filters were never replaced and when we finally replaced it come to find out the thing was so old it started to disintegrate in hand. I recently had twins in December and obviously its Ohio and weather is crazy but I've had to keep my furnace running at 78 to 80 DEGREES! My vectren bill has roughly been about $200 to $300 a month. Which is absolutely absurd for an apartment. Our bathroom..yeah I don't even want to go there. My boyfriend has had to re-caulk the bathroom and the kitchen. Our outlets are a fire hazard and half of them barely work. The excuse for that was its regulated by a switch. Well where the hell is the switch to make them work!? Also, I asked them to replace my sliding glass door and they came and just put the screen back on track. ( still not fixed ) The laundry unit is also a joke. There is NEVER a washer or dryer available to use making me get my twins out and do laundry elsewhere. Also, the laundry unit takes a card and you can only put $5, $10 or larger bills and its very inconvenient. Needless to say DO NOT move here! It's a waste of money and rent will go up each year you live here. I promise you can find something a hell of a lot better than this place.

  I found this to be an absolutely undesirable place to live. I have had so many issues I can barely count them. 1. Parking lot is definitely a safety concern, there are many deep holes and absolutely no lighting at night. 2. I found when letting out my pet dog that people were leaving their dog's feces and not cleaning up after themselves. 3. I lived on the 3rd floor and during the summer it was absolutely miserable. I had my air set to 80 DEGREES!! with two floor fans running and it was still up to 88 and 89 degrees. I reported this problem to maintenance and all they said was "Well that is how it usually is on all of the third floor units." I was never told this before signing my lease and they acted like they did not care about the problem. This caused my electric bill to run up into the $200-$300 range. I felt that there were safety issues due to groups of people constantly loitering in the parking lot after dark. I could go on and on about issues with this apartment, but I would be here ALL DAY. It was my very first apartment and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The rent is reasonable, but you get what you pay for. I would give this place 0 stars but that's not an option. :)
