- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I moved in a few months ago. I moved from Beavercreek to be closer to my new job. I love it here. It has been a wonderful experience here. My leasing person Courtney was so nice and helpful during my move in. The manager is friendly and gave my child a coloring book to keep him busy while I applied. The lake and grass areas are beautiful. No trash all over. I have read some reviews but the snow removal was just fine. Parking lots are not going to be cleared the same as the highways. I have not needed maintenance yet so I will see how they are later. The fitness room is nice. I have not used the pool. My dogs love the dog park however, my neighbors could do a better job of picking up after their dogs. Overall rating-really happy here and would recommend it.By Jessica Purnhagen, March 04, 2018
